Creativity Series

Creativity ebbs and flows for everybody. And it comes with a variety of problems that keep people from achieving their best creative works.

This Creativity Series was designed to assist creatives in three ways:

  1. To provide relevant information on how to address a specific concern or problem.

  2. To offer a more accessible option, other than the newsletter, on primary issues.

  3. To serve as an easier guide for selecting only the topics of immediate interest.

The overall objective of the series is to complement and enhance the articles found in my newsletter: Finish Creative Ideas.

Asian Healthy Living Series

After living in Asia for over 30 years, I’ve adopted many healthy habits from the culture and its peoples to overcome the unhealthy ways of Western lifestyles.

There are significant benefits to understanding their attitudes and approaches in regard to eating, diet, mobility and exercise for longevity.

The Asian Health Series serves to promote a better way of living in three ways:

  1. To learn the value of undereating, intermittent fasting and other lifestyle choices to avoid chronic ailments.

  2. To understand the cultural dynamics and practices related to diet and exercise.

  3. To start walking backwards as an effective way to maintain mobility, balance and lower body strength.

These practices are not difficult, they are life supporting.

Special Projects

Even in the digital age, we still neglect presenting family history in an accessible manner.

Technology is great for communication, but it doesn’t preserve the past in an organized and storytelling manner.

Family Tree Maintenance presents looking at how to approach journaling your family history:

  1. The traditional approach to genealogy merits a rethink.

  2. There are many creative ways to enlist the efforts of family members in legacy projects.

We are in a generational shift as the Boomers decline and younger generations are not as familiar with the physical treasures of family stories.

The time to start maintaining your family tree is now.
